Bollywood Gossip: Bollywood Actress Anushka Sharma has added another feather to her cap. She has just been signed on as the brand ambassador for Reliance Mobile, and we caught up with her just as she was shooting for their “Mera Network” campaign, where she plays a confident, chirpy and vibrant girl — a character she slipped into quite easily considering that’s how she is in real life.
About her new role as brand ambassador, she says, “When you have a superior network, you get the freedom to communicate anytime, anywhere. You don’t fear losing out on opportunities that are waiting for you. That’s why I am proud to be associated with this telecom brand that has constantly redefined how India communicates.” The ad films, shot with Anushka and “Roadies” host Rannvijay, focus on equations between people in relationships. “Rannvijay and my chemistry will definitely catch the imagination of every couple in India, and the girls are simply going to love it,” saysAnushka.
